I went to college at Duke University, and double majored in Biology and Spanish with a minor in Chemistry. I speak Spanish as well, entonces pueden contactarme en español si quieren. My name is Evelyn C.G. I am a First-Generation Junior at Duke University studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. I am bilingual and have native fluency in English and Spanish. I work with the Office of Information and Technology as Tech Support. I can help in the following areas: Zoom, CiscoWebex, Microsoft Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, etc.), Microsoft Teams, staying engaged in Online Lectures, Studying Tips, Working Remotely, GSuite (Google Sheets, Doc, Gmail, etc.), Google Meet/Hangouts, and Adobe Creative Cloud. I am familiar with Linux, Mac, PC, and Chromebook systems and also know how to use their tablet counterparts. This is not an exhaustive list of all the areas I know, just an overview of areas that may be helpful but if you need any type of Tech Support let me know!
